摘 要:目的:建立小蓟总黄酮的含量测定方法,对小蓟、小蓟炭的总黄酮进行定量性研究。方法:采用紫外分光先度法时小蓟总黄酮含量测定方法进行研究,并且利用薄层色谱法对其进行定性鉴别。结果:采用甲醇超声提取小蓟中的总黄酮,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色系统的含量测定方法。线性范围8.0164~8.096μg/ml,r=0.9992,平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.32%(n=6),小蓟总黄酮含量为1.54%,小蓟炭总黄酮含量0.56%。两者的主要黄酮类物质为蒙花苷、芦丁等。结论:含量测定方法操作简便,快捷,重现性好。小蓟总黄酮含量高于小蓟炭。Objective: To establish a method of determination of total flavonoids in Cephalanoplos segetum. Methods: The contents of tlavonoids in the samples were assayed by ultraviolet spectroscopy and TCL. Results: The method of assaying the total flavoniods, which ultrasound extracted from Cephalanoplos segetum by alcohol, were determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy with NaNO2-Al (NO3)3-NaOH system, the linear range varied from 8.016~48.096μg/ml(r= 0.9992), the average recovery was 98.9%, RSD = 1.32% ( n = 6) .The average content of total flavonoids in Cephalanoplos segetum was 1.54%, and in charred Cephalanoplos segeturn was 0.56% .The main flavonoids were linarin and turin.
