摘  要:本实验研究了在固定频率、固定辐照时间的条件下,诊断级超声辐照孕鼠的次数与其产仔率、仔鼠身长、体重、脏体比(即脏器重量与体重比值)及与胎鼠生长发育有密切关系的微量元素含量的关系。结果显示:在母鼠孕期内超声辐照2次和4次组、母鼠产仔率、仔鼠雌雄比例及活胎数与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。而仔鼠身长、体重、脏体比及肾体比随辐照次数的增加而减小,与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。但脑体比变化不大。仔鼠肝肾脑中微量元素铜、锌测定结果表明:脑肾中铜、锌元素及肝中铜元素含量实验组明显高于对照组、仅肝中锌元素与对照组无差别。提示诊断超声对小鼠铜、锌元素代谢有一定影响。This study was focused on the effects of diagnostic US wave applied to the 48 experimental mice,in which 12 free from ultrasound irradiation for control.Regular ultrasound frequency and exposure times were scheduled. The results showed(1).There were no statistically significant differences of the birth rate,the number of offspring and sex ratio between the exposure groups with 2 times and 4 times irradiation and con-trol group;(2).The baby mice's weight,length,vixcera/body ratio and kidney/body ratio were decreased with the increasing radiation times during pregnaney(P<0.01).But the brain/body ratio had no statisticaly differ-ence between exposure and non-exposure groups(P>0.0).(3).The elements of Cu,Zn in brain and kidney and Cu in liver were statistically higher in exposure groups than those in control group.There was no difference of liver Zn between exposure and control group.It indicated that the diagnostic ultrasound wave might affect the metabolism of Cu and Zn elements of the mice.
