系统性红斑狼疮心脏异常的超声心动图评价

摘　　要：用超声心动图对６１例系统性红斑狼疮患者的心脏改变和正常人进行了对照分析。结果显示，狼疮组患者左房、左室及右室腔和肺动脉直径均较对照组扩大，且多数伴有少至中等量心包积液（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。二、三尖瓣和肺动脉瓣返流检出率也较对照组高（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。Cardiac involvement in patients with sys tenuc lupus erythematosus ( SLE ) was assessed by full echocardiography in 61 patients and 61 age- and sex-matched control subjects. It was shown that enlargen-ments of left atrial and ventricular dimensions and pulmonary abnormality occurred more commonly in SLE and more often than not accompanied by medium and small amount of pericardial effusion. Other valvular regurgita-tions except aortic valve were more frequently occurred in patients compared to control subjects(all P<0. 05 to 0.01).
