摘  要:血管腔内超声显像三维重建术能够直观地显示血管和动脉粥样硬化斑块的空间结构,提供二维图像所不能得到的信息。本文用表面提取法成功地对7根正常5根异常人离体血管标本进行腔内超声显像和三维重建。结果显示,三维血管图像不仅形态与实际血管相似,而且测值与病理结果高度相关(r=0.84~0.98)。To evaluate the accuracy of three-dimensional reconstruction from intravascular ultrasound (3D-IVUS) on morphology of human artery, 12 human arteries were studied included 1 femoral artery, 2 iliac arteries, 2 carotid arteries and 7 coronary arteries. A computerized system was developed. To keep the spatial location at X-Y coordinates in a constant position between the vessel and ultrasound catheter during IVUI, we made special support with a water groove. The vessel was fixed on a plank which could be slipped at Z axis. The catheter was inserted into the vessel. Both the tip and the bottom of the catheter were fixed steadily to prevent the position changing. Diasonics IVUS systm and 6. 2F 20MHz ultrasound probe were used to acquire images at 1 mm interval. The contours of intima, adventitia of the artery and the contour of athrosclerotic plaque were traced that would be digitalized by the computer system. For the sake of clear display, intima, adventitia and plaque were coded with green, white and red respectively, Areas, diameters, and thicknesses of the arteries were measured from 3D-IVUS. The results were compared with those of pathology. Volumes of plaques could also be demonstrated. Results: Three-dimensional images of 8 human arteries were quite similar to real shapes, and longi tudinal sections of arteries could be displayed at any angle. The good correlation was obtained between the area and diameter measured by 3D-IVUS and those measured by histology( r=0.98 and 0.94, respectively, p= 0.001 ). The thicknesses measured by 3D-IVUS related to that measured by histology, but less than the former (r=0.84, P=0. 001). Conclusions: The three dimensional shape of human arteries could be truly shown by computerized reconstruction system, especially for the appearance, the volume of athrosclerotic plaques, The area and diameter of human artery could be accurately measured from 3D-IVUS.
