摘  要:目的建立酸枣仁饮片及其炮制品的指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法蒸发光散射检测器测定,乙腈-水为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速0.8 mL.min-1,漂移管温度115℃,氮气流速3.1 L.min-1,柱温25℃。酸枣仁皂苷A和B为参照物。结果酸枣仁饮片及其炒制品中有8个共有峰,确定其为指纹峰,生、炒品的指纹峰的峰形、峰数无明显不同,用国家药典委员会指纹图谱相似度自动处理软件计算8个共有峰的相似度均在0.95以上,所制定的酸枣仁指纹图谱具有可靠性,能有效的控制酸枣仁及其炮制品的内在质量。结论该测定方法简便,稳定,精密度高,重现性好,适用于酸枣仁饮片及其炮制品的指纹图谱检测。OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint of suanzaoren and their processing product, METHODS A HPLC-EKSD was used. The mobile phase was consisted of CH3CN:H2O(gradient elution). The reference peak were jujuboside A and B. RESULTS There were the eight common peaks appeared in the suanzaoren and their processing product. The fingerprint peaks were defined by compute software, the similarity degree was above 0.95. The fingerprint of suanzaoren was reliable and effective to control the quality. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable to be used for the quality control of suanzaoren and their processing produet.
