摘  要:阐述了脉冲供电电源对比其他种类电源的优点及其应用,提出了基于磁脉冲压缩技术的电除尘用脉冲供电电源,利用磁材料的B-H曲线和伏秒积特性解释了磁开关即可饱和电感的实质及其工作原理,在分析一阶磁压缩网络的基础上,给出了基于二阶磁脉冲压缩供电电源的电除尘器的仿真实例,通过仿真结果证实了磁脉冲压缩理论运用在电除尘领域的可行性。指出减小磁芯体积可有效降低损耗,并推导了构成磁开关的两个重要参数-磁芯体积和电感量的计算公式。Comparing with other kinds of power supply, this paper expatiates the advantage of pulse power supply as well as its application, and introduces an electrostatic precipitator's pulse power supply based on magnetic pulse compression, using B-H as magnetic material and the characteristic of voltage second product, it make a explanation of the essential of magnetic switch namely saturated inductor and its operating principle, based on one stage magnetic compression network, it bring forward a simulation prototype of a electrostatic precipitator based on two-phase magnetic pulse compression, and the results guarantee the feasibility of the application in the field of electrostatic precipitator. The paper points out that by minimizing the volume of the magnetic core, the waste can be reduced, and then makes a discussion on two important parameter of magnetic switch-volume of magnetic core and inductance.
