摘  要:目的了解孝感地区农产品基地土壤和水中有机氯农药残留状况。方法于2000年8月在孝感地区农产品基地采集稻田土(n=12)、丘陵土(n=12)、菜地土(n=12)、地表水(n=16)、浅井水(井深30m,n=16)、深井水(井深70m,n=16)样品,分别测定六六六(HCH)和DDT及其各种异构体残留量。结果土壤中HCH和DDT的检出率均为100%,水中HCH和DDT的检出率分别为94.44%和22.22%,土壤中HCH和DDT的含量顺位均为菜地土>稻田土>丘陵土,菜地土中β-HCH(0.510μg/kg)和pp’-DDT含量最高(10.986μg/kg)。水样中HCH和DDT平均浓度顺位均为地表水>浅井水>深井水,地表水中HCH含量顺位为γ-HCH>α-HCH>β-HCH>δ-HCH,pp’-DDE含量的均值最高(0.062μg/L)。结论不同土壤和水体中仍有HCH和DDT残留,土壤和水中HCH和DDT残留量虽未超过GB15618-1995《土壤环境质量标准》和GB5749-1985《生活饮用水卫生标准》,但深井水中仍有残留,对人体的潜在威协仍不能忽视。Objective To understand the residue of organoehlorine pesticide in soil and water in the agricultural products base in Xiaogan. Methods The residue of the HCH, DDT and the isomer in soil and water were determined according to the national sanitary GB5009.19-1985. Results The detection rate of riCH and DDT in the soil was 100%, and in the water were 94.44% and 22.22% respectively. The content of residue of HCH was the highest in the vegetable planting soil and in turn in crop planting soil, hill soil, surface water, shallow well water and deep well water. Besides, the average of β-HCH and pp'-DDT in the vegetable planting soil was also the highest, 0.510 μg/kg and 10.986 μg/kg respectively. In the surface water, γ-HCH〉α-HCH 〉 β-HCH〉8-HCH. The average ofpp '-DDE in the surface water was the highest, 0.062 μg/L. In the water in the deep well of 70 meters, organoehlorine was still found. Conclusion The residues of organochlofine pesticide in different soil and water of the agricultural products base in Xiaogan have been detected, the contents are under the related national standard limitation, but the potential threat of the accumulation of organic chlorine pesticide should not be underestimated.
