摘　　要：把党支部建立在班级上,是当前加大力度发展学生党员的形势的需要,是积极落实十六大精神和全国第十二次高校党建工作会议精神的重大举措。把党支部建立在班级上,有利于推动班级的党团建工作和班风建设。与此同时,为了做好党支部建立在班级上的工作,需要认真处理好几个方面的问题。Establishing the Party Branches of the CPC is the requirement ot devoting major ettorts to recruiting new party members from students in universities now, and it is also the great move of putting the spirit of the 16th Chinese National People＇s Congress and the 12th Countrywide Party Building Conference of colleges and universities into effect. It is of advantage to promoting the building of the general mood, the league and the party in classo However, to achieve the goall, there are problems in several respects that should be dealt with seriously.
