摘　　要：叙述了建设项目水资源论证的意义和目的,并以大唐略阳发电厂技改工程为例,对水资源论证报告中的主要部分:地表及地下取水水源的水量、水质分析、建设项目用水合理性分析、取退水对环境影响及补偿分析、取退水对周边用水户影响及补偿分析等做了详细的论述。建设项目水资源论证工作的开展对节约用水、水资源保护及水资源合理开发利用具有重要的促进作用,本文为水资源论证工作提供了一个典型的范例。Water justification for construction project is contributing for water saving, water resources protecting and water resources reasonable developing and utilizing, so it is significant. The main contents in report of water justification for constreet project： surface and ground water quantity and quality analysis, water using reasonability analysis, diversion and drainage impact on environment and corresponding componsation analysis, diversion and drainage impact on other water users and relevant componsation analysis and so on are discussed in detail based on the DaTang Lueyang heat - engine plant technology improvement project, and a typical example is presented in the article.
