摘　　要：以水资源的可持续开发利用为基础,从整体角度探讨了我国水资源开发利用的现状、存在的问题,并提出了实现水资源可持续开发利用的对策措施。Based on the sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resource, the existing situation and problem of exploitation and utilization of water resource in China is discussed from the whole perspectives, and countermeasures to realize sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resource are put forward.
