摘　　要：本文采用案例分析和比较的研究方法,就ISBP对信用证下发票和其他单据货物描述的相关规定进行探讨,尝试解决在UCP500下关于单据货物描述所产生的一些质疑。On base of the methodologies of Case Study and Comparative Investigation, this paper discusses the terms under ISBP, which stipulate invoice and other documents in Letter of Credit. The results try to give opinions on the requirements in the context of UCPSO0 about the description of goods and other general issues related to documents.
