摘　　要：以化合物（Ⅳ）为原料，经十步反应得到标题化合物，在制备关键中间体（Ⅵ）中，用化学合成方法代替微生物氧化引入１１－羟基，使收率提高。Keto-Desogestrel was synthesized from compound(Ⅳ)through 10 steps.The key intermediate(Ⅵ)was prepared by a chemical method of introducing a 11 -hydroxy group into the molecule,instead of micro-biological oxidation,the overall yield was increased.
