摘 要:通过十二硫酸酯钠—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(SDS-PAGE),对108个小麦品种(系)的高分子量谷蛋白亚基分析。结果表明,材料中亚基组成丰富,检测到15种亚基和26种亚基组成。其中,在Glu-A1位点上,1亚基出现的频率最高,为59.3%;在Glu-B1位点上,7+8亚基类型出现的频率最高,为27.8%;在Glu-D位点上,2+12亚基出现频率最高,达68.5%,5+10亚基出现频率为17.6%。在所分析的材料中,还出现了少见的特殊亚基6*+8*。The compositions of high molecular weight glutenin subunit of 108 wheat materials were studied with the method of SDS - PAGE. The results showed that the HMW - GS compositions of 108 wheat materials were extremely abundant. 15 subunit patterns and 26 subunit combinations were detected. At the Glu - A1 loci, frequency of subunit 1 was the highest (59.3%), at the Glu- B1 loci, frequency of subunit (7 + 8) was the highest (27.8%), at the Glu- D1 locl, frequency of subunit (2 + 12) was the highest (68.5%), frequency of subunit(5 + 10) was 17.6%. In analysis of wheat lines the special subunit(6^* + 8^*) was also observed.
