摘　　要：本文利用文献资料法对职业排球俱乐部的性质、目标机制、组织机制、管理体制以及职业排球俱乐部成立的内部、外部条件和存在的问题进行了系统的分析。By means of literature review, the author of this paper has conducted a systematic analysis toward the nature, the objective mechanism, the organization, the management system of professional volleyball clubs, as well as its internal, external conditions of establishment and current problems.
