湖南与上海体操训练体制改革之比较研究

摘　　要：通过访谈和问卷调查,将湖南和上海的体操训练体制改革现状进行比较研究。研究结果表明,体操中心在训练体制改革的过程中,应进一步发展基层体操运动;制定定量的人才输送机制;体操中心应细化管理部门、减少管理层级,增加教练员数量的同时,改进教练员分组管理方式;在教练员和运动员的选拔中,采取适当的授权政策,提高选拔的科学性和民主性;提高教练员队伍的年轻化程度等。By means of interviews and questionnaires,a comparative research is done on the reforms of the training system of gymnastics in Hunan and Shanghai. Studies suggest that mass gymnastics should be developed further and a kind of fixed-quantity mechanism should he set up to nurture and feed talented athletes in the course of the reformation of the training system for the gymnastic center. Other measures should also be included： management departments be subdivided, management levels be reduced reasonably,the number of coaches be increased while the means of grouping coaches be improved. Besides, appropriate authorization policy should be adopted to make the process of selecting the coaches and athletes more scientific and democratic and to make the team of coaches as younger as possible.
