福建省重点田径传统项目学校田径教练员队伍状况的调查研究

摘　　要：采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地调查法等方法,对福建省重点田径传统项目学校田径教练员队伍状况进行调查研究。通过研究发现田径教练员基本可以胜任教学和训练工作,但也存在着高学历和高职称的教练员缺乏,高水平的专才教练员缺乏,教练员整体的科研水平较低等现状;针对上述问题提出了一些针对性的发展对策。By means of literature reviews, questionnaires, interviews with experts and on-the-spot investigation,the author of this paper has made a survey for the status of coaches of track and field in the key sports schools of traditional games in the province. The findings reveal that although most of them are qualified for their jobs, problems still exist such as lacking of coaches of higher educational background and with higher qualifications,shortage of professional high-level coaches and a low standard of their overall academic ability. Measures to solve these problems have been put forward.
