摘　　要：安阳钢铁股份有限公司第二轧钢厂二期工程完工以后,中板生产线增加了粗轧机,产量大幅增加,但矫直机过钢能力不足,成为生产中的“瓶颈”。针对此现状对十一辊矫直机进行了工艺技术改进和优化,切实保证快节奏高质量的生产需求。After phase 2 project construction is completed ,a roughing mill has been added to the medium plate production line,leading to.an increase in output in a big margin. However, the insufficient capacity of plate passing the leveller becomes a ‘bottleneck＇ to production. Based on such case,technological improvement and optimization are made to the eleven--roller leveller,thus satisfying the production requirement for high efficiency and high quality.
