摘　　要：对公钥基础设施(PKI)的关键技术进行了研究与分析,提出了一个基于椭圆曲线密码体制(ECC)的PKI模型,讨论了椭圆曲线加密算法的核心算法,并对算法提出了改进。比较了新旧两种算法的效率,得出了新算法更有效的结论,从而验证了这个PKI模型的可行性。The key technique of public key infrastructure（PKl） is analyzed. A model of PKI based on elliptic curves cryptoystems（ECC） is proposed. The most important arithmetic of ECC is analyzed. And the amelioration is put on the arithmetic. Comparison is done on efficiency of the older and the newer,the newer arithmetic is more efficient,so,the feasibility of the model is validated.
