摘　　要：运用逆转录实时荧光定量酶链反应(RT-FQ-PCR)技术,研究GnRH-A及其配伍对鱼卵成熟、受精相关基因ZP3的调控。结果显示:3种不同药物配伍分别使鲤鱼ZP3基因表达在给药处理后4、6和12 h达到峰值。提示:不同配伍药物对鱼卵成熟、受精产生影响。ZP3基因可作为促繁殖药筛选的重要指标。The effect of drugs on the regulation of spawn mature and impregnation related gene ZP3 was investigated by using RT-FQ-PCR technique. Results：The ZP3 gene expression of carp reached the peak after 4,6 end 12 h treated by the combinations LHRH-A2. ＋ DOM, LHRH-A2 ＋ DOM ＋ DA, LHRH-A5 ＋ DOM ＋ DA, respectively,while the control group reached the peak after 12 h. Conclusion： It was suggested that the different combinations of drugs influenced the mature and impregnation of spawn.At the same time, ZP3 gene expression might be a useful marker to screen reproduction-improving drugs.
