摘 要:对用于水平模拟井动态实验的Φ38 mm电导式相关流量计的流量测量原理及电路结构进行了简要介绍。重点介绍了该流量计在不同含水率、不同流量下的水平动态实验结果,并对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明,该仪器输出响应与流量存在很好的线性关系,当含水率60%以上时,受含水率的影响很小;在含水率70%的条件下,对该仪器的重复性进行了验证,验证结果是该仪器重复性误差不超过2%。The measuring principle and circuit structure of the Ф38 mm conductance cross-correlation flowmeter are simply introduced. The results of dynamic experiment of the flowmeter under different water-cut and different flowrate are also introduced. The experimental results show that there is a good linear relationship between the toolrs output response and the flowrate. When the watercut is over 60%, the output response increases as the watercut increases; but when the watercut is below 70%, the Ф38 mm conductance cross-correlation flowmeter has good repeatability, that is, the repeatability error is not over 2%.
