摘 要:采用高速火焰喷涂方法,喷涂材料选用自主研发的F e-A l/C r3C2粉材,在20钢基体上制备复合涂层.分析涂层的组织,并对涂层的抗冲蚀磨损性能进行研究.结果表明,高速火焰喷涂F e-A l/C r3C2复合涂层中主要包括F e3A l、C r3C2以及-αF e相,C r3C2增强相呈点状均匀分布于涂层的层片状结构中.涂层与基体间及涂层内部主要是机械结合.涂层的冲蚀特性在300℃、450℃、650℃时分别主要为脆性冲蚀、塑性冲蚀-脆性冲蚀、塑性冲蚀;冲蚀角度对涂层的耐冲蚀性能有较大影响,30°时涂层的抗冲蚀能力优于90°时;温度升高,涂层的抗冲蚀性能提高.Fe-Al/Cr3C2 composite coating is sprayed on the substrate of 20 steel by HVOF. The structures and erosive mechanism of the coating are studied. It is shown that phases of the coating include mainly Fe3Al, Cr3C2 and α- Fe. The Cr3C2 particles are distributed evenly in the coating. The bonding between coating and substrate as well as inside the coating appears to be mechanical.The erosive mechanism of HVOF-sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coating is,respectively, brittle erosion at 300 C, brittle-ductile erosion at 450 C and ductile erosion at 650 C. It is found that impact angles exert quite significant effect on erosion resistance. Erosion resistance of the coating at an angle of 30°is better than that at 90°,and it increases with the rise of temperature.
