裂变中子照射对小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖功能的影响

摘　　要：小鼠经梯度剂量的裂变中子和６０Ｃｏγ射线照射，照后１天脾脏淋巴细胞数的变化，显示了其是由对中子和γ射线辐射敏感和辐射抗性两种成分组成，而同一种成分对中子辐射的敏感性又高于对γ射线的辐射敏感性。对中子和γ射线辐射敏感成分的Ｄ０值分别为０．４０Ｇｙ和０．９６Ｇｙ，ＲＢＥ值为２．４０。用丝裂原刺激后的３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法测定照后小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖反应，表明脾脏的Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞也是由辐射敏感性不同的两种成分组成。对中子和γ射线敏感性高的Ｔ细胞的Ｄ３７值约为０．８２和０．７５Ｇｙ，Ｂ细胞的Ｄ３７值约为１．０５和２．３８Ｇｙ，ＲＢＥ值相应为０．９１和２．２７。裂变中子２．３Ｇｙ和６０Ｃｏγ射线等效致死剂量４．５Ｇｙ照射后，小鼠脾脏Ｔ淋巴细胞转化功能的损伤和恢复的趋势基本一致。Ｂ淋巴细胞转化功能的损伤和恢复的趋势也基本一致。in this paper the proliferative function of splenic lymphocytes in mice irradiated with graded doses of fission neutron was investigated 24h after radiation, using the method of 3M-TdR incorporation after mitogen stimulation.At the same tune, the characteristics of injury and repair of proliferative function after 2. 3Gy neutron irradiation were compared with those after equivalent lethal dose of 60Co γ rays.The changes in the number of murine splenic lymphocytes indicate that there are two components in it: the radiosensitive and radioresistant to neutron radiation and γ-radiation, the radiosensitivity to neutrons is higher than that toγ-rays in the same component. D0 values of the radiosensitive cells to neutrons and toγ-rays are 0.40 Gy and 0.96 Gy, respectively.Therefore, RBE= 2.40. After radiation the proliferative response curves of splenic lymphocytes stimulated by ConA or by LPS show that both of T and B lymphocytes consist of two different radiosensitive components. D37 value of T cells which possess high sensitivity to neutron irradiation is about 0. 82 Gy, that of B cells about 1.05 Gy. D37 values of T cells and B cells toγ-rays are 0.75 Gy and 2. 38 Gy, respectively. Hence, RBE values are 0. 91 and 2. 27, correspondingly. After irradiation of 2.3 Gy fission-neutrons or 4.5 Gy γ-rays,the tendency of damage and recovery of the transformation function of murine splenic T lymphocytes stimulated by ConA is about the same, and that of B lymphocytes stimulated by LPS has the same pattern.
