摘　　要：人力资本与物质资本一同将作为新型生产要素出资组合配置到企业中,使“知本家”直接升格变为“资本家”。人力资本出资制度是对企业产权改革的一种制度安排,是由一组相关制度体系来体现对人力资本出资运作秩序的规约,以便企业更好地推行与应用人力资本出资制度,防范人力资本运行风险。Human capital, along with physical capital, will be contributed as new production elements to businesses, allowing ＂knowledge owners＂ to become ＂capitalists＂. Financial contribution system of human capital is a system arrangement corresponding to businesses＇ property right reform, which reflects regulations on the operating system of human capital contribution by a set of systems so that financial contribution system of human capital can be promoted and applied effectively and prevent human capital operating risks.
