摘 要:本实验探讨了在固定辐照时间(10分钟)及探头频率(3.0MHz)的实验条件下,对孕中期母鼠不同次数的诊断级超声辐照产生的生物学效应及对胎鼠的影响。结果显示:(1)孕鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,胎鼠身长、体重各实验组与对照组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),且各实验组均低于对照组。SOD值与各实验组辐照次数呈负相关关系(r=-0.87);(2)孕鼠血清中微量元素含量各组间均无显著性差异;(3)胎鼠身长、体重随母鼠接受超声辐照次数的增加而增大;(4)胎鼠脑、肾中微量元素铜、锌含量及肝中锌元素含量各实验组与对照组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),各实验组均高于对照组。肝中铜元素含量差异不显著。结果提示:孕中期母鼠接受超声辐照后可产生一定的生化、化学变化并影响到子代的生长发育,但其影响并非全部有害。Time effects of ultrasonic radiation of frequency of 3. 0 MHz at fixed exposure duration (10 minutes)on biological parameters and trace element concentrations in organs were investigated upon the pregnant rats and their offsprings.The results showed that both the SOD levels in red blood cells of the pregnant rat and the body length and weight of their offsprings were significantly lower in the experimental groups than those of the control group. The times of ultrasonic radiation were negatively correlated with the SOD levels ( r=-0.87),The Zn and Cu concentrations of blood in pregnant rat were not significantly different between the experimental and control group. The offsprings in the experiment groups had significantly higher levels of brain Cu and Zn and liver Zn than that of the control.This study suggested that the times of ultrasonic radiation affect the biological reaction on both the pregnant rats and their offsprings.
