摘　　要：报告肾皮质脓肿１３例，其中有肾外感染灶者１０例，症状多有高热、腰痛、肾区叩痛，伴末梢血ＷＢＣ增高。ＫＵＢ及ＩＶＵ检查５例，全部行Ｂ超及ＣＴ检查。按脓肿大小分为二组进行处理：３～５ｃｍ为Ⅰ组，＞５ｃｍ为Ⅱ组。就二组抗炎治疗前后的变化、手术处理及术后病理资料，对本病的病因、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗及预后进行了讨论。l3 cases of renal abscess were reported. Most of the patients have had fever, flank pain and pain on percusion at the costovertebral angle. Extrarenal foci of infection have been observed in 10. KUB and IVU were undertaken in 5 and ultrasonography, CT scanning in all. The lesion was divided into 2 categories according to the size of the abscess:those 3～5cm in diameter and those greater than 5cm .The clinical course after appropriate antibiotic therapy or surgical intervention was reviewed.The cause, diagnosis and prognosis of renal abscess were discussed.
