摘　　要：目的了解并分析矿区不同文化程度职工的高血压相关知识知晓现状。方法随机抽取部分煤矿职工进行问卷调查。结果随着职工文化程度的提高,血压知晓率、高血压与相关疾病知识知晓率及高血压患病危险因素知晓率也随之升高。结论文化程度较低的职工和有患高血压危险因素的人群是高血压一级预防的重点人群;要注意对不同文化层次人群采取不同的健康教育手段和方法。Objective To investigate and analyze the awareness status of the correlative knowledge about the hypertension among colliers with different literacy degrees. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the colliers selected by random sampling. Results The KAPs about blood pressure, hypertension and the hypertension correlative knowledge, and the risk factor of hypertension were increased along with literacy degree of the respondents rising. Conclusion For first-degree prevention from hypertension, more attention must be paid on those with low literacy degree and high risk of sick. Different measures of health education should be performed according to different literacy degree people.
