摘　　要：目的了解桑拿按摩行业对艾滋病知识知晓情况,以便有针对性地进行健康教育。方法2004年11月对海珠区部分桑拿按摩行业从业人员进行不记名自填式答卷方式,对桑拿按摩从业人员进行艾滋病相关知识调查。结果176名桑拿按摩从业人员对艾滋病相关知识知晓率平均达到51.2%;对艾滋病传播途径了解率较高,知晓率超过50%的项目从高到低依次为:性交、共用注射器针头、母婴传播、接受输血及血液制品等。但被调查者对蚊虫叮咬、共用马桶等传播途径仍然存在误解。结论桑拿按摩从业人员对预防艾滋病知识有所了解,获得艾滋病有关知识的信息渠道主要是报纸、科普宣传栏和板报、电影电视。但还需加大防治工作的力度,加强宣传和健康教育,做好干预工作,阻断艾滋病病毒性传播的环节。Objective To survey the knowledge about AIDS among the employees of sauna and massage service trade in Haizhu District, Guangzhou. Methods In November of 2004, a questionnaire survey about the knowledge of AIDS was conducted among 176 workers in sauna and massage service trade in Haizhu District. Results The average knowledge rate about AIDS was 51.2% . The knowledge rate about AIDS transmission mutes was higher than 50%. Items whose knowledge rates were more than 50% were sexual intercourse, needle exchange, mother to baby transmission, use of blood product and so on. There was misunderstanding on some transmission routes among some workers, such as use of public toilet and mosquito sting. The respondents obtained their knowledge about AIDS mostly from newspaper, public notice board, TV and film. Conclusion The employees of sauna and massage service trade in Haizhu District, Guangzhou have certain knowledge about AIDS.
