摘　　要：目的：建立人网膜前脂肪细胞原代培养方法。方法：选取成人网膜脂肪组织，用原代消化细胞培养法培养出形态均一的梭形细胞，用条件培养基诱导分化，油红O染色进行脂肪细胞鉴定。结果：培养出的细胞形态均一，4-5代以内增殖旺盛。用条件培养基诱导后，细胞形态由梭形向圆形变化，细胞体积增大，胞浆内聚集脂肪颗粒，油红O染色鉴定为成熟的脂肪细胞。结论：人网膜脂肪组织中存在一定数量的前脂肪细胞，予以适当刺激可完成其向成熟脂肪细胞的分化。Objective To establish Methods Using enzyme-digesting method, were cultured, and then differentiated by a primary culture method of human omental preadipocytes. fibroblast-like cells from the human omental adipose tissues conditional medium, and identified by oil red 0 staining. Results The cultured cells were highly homogeneous, and highly proliferative in 4 -5th generation. During the process of induction by conditional medium, the cells became round-like and larger, and more adipose droplets were aggregated. By oil red O staining, we confirmed the differentiated cells were mature adipoeytes. Conclusion In human omental adipose tissues, there are some preadipoeytes, which can differentiate into mature adipoeytes with appropriate stimulus.
