摘  要:为了分析短路过渡电弧的焊接过程和探讨电弧能量对焊接稳定性的影响,设计了短路过渡电弧电参数检测系统。采用该系统对两种波控条件下的短路过渡CO2焊的电弧电压和焊接电流进行检测,并采用Matlab软件对这两种电弧短路阶段和燃弧阶段的能量分布进行统计分析。结果表明:在短路过渡CO2焊过程中,短路阶段这两种波控电弧的能量都较小,能量控制影响飞溅和焊缝外观,而在燃弧阶段分阶段控制能量有利于提高焊接过程的稳定性,改善焊缝成形。A arc parameter- measuring system was developed to analyze the process of short - circuiting arc welding and the effect of arc energy on the welding stability. The system can detect the arc voltage and welding current of short - circuiting CO2 arc welding controlled by two kinds of wave. In this system, Matlab is used to analyze the energy distributions at short- circuiting stage and arc burning stage under the two kinds of wave. The results show that both energy during the short - circuiting under the two wave conditions are low, which can affect the spatter and the appearance of weld seam. Controlling the energy during arc burning stage under the two kinds of wave condition can significantly improve the welding stability and the formation of weld.
