创新成人高校化学实验室管理工作的几点建议

摘　　要：文章针对当前成人高校化学实验室的特点,对如何适应多形式办学和扩大招生规模后化学实验室改革,提高实验室的使用效率的问题,结合作者工作实际,提出了进行人员结构调整、进行实验室改造、建立科学化的管理体制、对照评估标准促进实验室建设等建议。According to the characteristics of the chemistry laboratory in adult colleges,the authors discuss in this article the personnel arrangement,the reformation,management and assessment in a chemistry laboratory,so as to adapt to the multi-level modes of education and the enlargement of the recruitment,and thus to the improve the efficiency of the labs.
