摘  要:对采自山东长岛和辽宁大连海域的两个自然群体皱纹盘鲍的遗传多样性进行了RAPD分析。16个随机引物在两群体中共检测到了179个位点,其中,长岛和大连群体中的多态位点数分别为88和91个,两群体的多态位点百分率分别为49·16%和50·84%;Shannon′s多样性指数(H0)分别为0·2496和0·2668。有70%以上的遗传变异来自群体内,显示两群体内均有较高程度的遗传变异。研究结果表明,长岛和大连的皱纹盘鲍群体已出现了明显的遗传分化。Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was applied to detecting the DNA polymorphism of two wild populations of abalone Haliotis discus hannai from the seawaters in Changdao of Shandong province and Dalian of Liaoning province. Using 16 random primers in amplifying the genomic DNA of the two populations. 179 RAPD loci in all were obtained,Changdao population having 88 polymorphic loci and Dalian population having 91. The percentages of polymorphic loci of the two population were 49.16% and 50.84% ,and the genetic diversity qualified by Shannon's index (H0) were 0. 249 6 and 0. 266 8, respectively. More than 70% genetic variations came from the inside of the populations,indicating that the genetic variation within the two population was relatively high. Based on the results, obvious genetic differentiation had appeared in the two populations of abalone.
