摘　　要：目的了解广州地区SARS危机1年后对不同人群心理的影响。方法采用一般情况调查表、IES-R、SAS、SDS和CSQ对18名患SARS康复医护人员(A组),31名SARS医护人员非SARS患者(B组),40名社区人群(C组)进行调查。结果I、A、H因子值方面,A、C组均小于B组(P<0.01),男性低于女性(P<0.05);A组SDS得分高于B、C组(P<0.05),SAS得分低于B、C组(P<0.01);A组CSQ的合理化因子分量表大于B、C组,A、C组自责因子分量表大于B组。结论SARS患者比其他人群有更严重的抑郁症状,SARS一线医护人员和社区人群有更严重的焦虑;在应付方式上,A组表示出一种矛盾的心态和两面性的人格特点;SARS一线医护人员和女性受到SARS的影响程度更为严重。Objective To understand the impact that SARS crisis made on the mentality of the throe different populations in Guangzhou one year after SAILS crisis. Methods The throe groups：recovered healthy care workers who suffered from SAILS （Group A：n=lS）, the frontline health care workers but not SAILS patients （Group B：n=31） and the community mass （Group C：n=40） were encouraged to be rated with the rating scale of IES-R, SAS, SDS, CSQ and the Subjective General Condition Form. Results ①The values of the I, A and H factor of Group A and Group C were lower than that of Group B （P〈0.01）, and score in men was lower than women （P〈O.01）.②The total scores of SDS of Group A and Group B were significantly higher than that of Group C （P〈0.05）. The total scores of SAS of Group A wero significantly lower than those of Group B and Group C （P〈0.01）. ③The scores of the self- blamed sub-scale of Group A and Group C were higher than that of Group B （P〈0.01）. The scores of the reasonable sub-scale of Group A were higher than those of B and Group C （P〈0.05）. Conclusions ①Compared to the other two groups, the Group A have got more serious anxiety and compared to Group C. Group A and Group B have got more serious dcprossion. ②Group A was of incompatible mentality and both-sides personal characteristics. ③The frontline health care workers but not SAILS patients and the women were much more seriously affected by SARS.
