东莞市厚街镇2003年法定报告传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的为进一步了解东莞市厚街镇法定报告传染病流行情况,为传染病预防、控制策略和措施提供科学依据。方法对2003年厚街镇法定报告传染病发病情况进行统计分析。结果2003年厚街镇共报告法定报告甲、乙类传染病2303例,报告病例数较2002年增加22.5%,年报告发病率为635.18/10万,流动人口报告发病率明显高于本地人口。呼吸道传染病报告发病数居首位,其次是血源及性传播传染病,肠道传染病居第三;发病顺位居前6位的传染病分别是肺结核、淋病、病毒性乙型肝炎、细菌性痢疾、麻疹、梅毒,但本地人口与流动人口中报告发病率居前6位传染病病种相同但发病顺位有所不同,流动人口肺结核、淋病、细菌性痢疾、麻疹、梅毒等病种发病率显著高于本地人口。结论应将呼吸道传染病肺结核、麻疹,血源及性传播传染病中的病毒性乙型肝炎、淋病、梅毒,肠道传染病细菌性痢疾列为防制重点,针对不同人群采取综合预防控制措施,降低传染病发病率。Objective To know the epidemic characteristics of measles among floating people in Houjie Town, Dongguan city and to supply with scientific foundation for measles control. Methods The data of measles cases among floating popnlation diagnosed by laboratory from 2001 to 2003 in Houjie Town of Dongguan city was analyzed. Result The results showed that 97.31% measles cases diagnosed by laboratory were from floating people and the peak seasons of the disease were in March to May and July. Children of 0 to 6 years old and young people older than 16 years were high risk groups and the peak age was 8 to 24 months. Analysis on immunization history of measles cases aged 8 months to 6 years old showed that only 12.06% cases had immunization history; 53.19% were unclear and 34.75% were not immunized. No vaccination and delayed vaccination of measles virus vaccine were the major causes for measles cases. No vaccination and poor quality of immunization were related to measles occurrence in people older than 16 years old. Conclusion In order to control epidemic of measles in floating people, strengthening administration on planning immunization of floating children, including registration in time booking and increasing immunization rate in time and efficiently and immunization on migrant young workers are suggested.
