摘　　要：善意且给付对价，并以连续的背书合法取得票据者，为票据的正当持票人，依法取得票据权利，该文通过对一票据纠纷案的分析说明了票据责任承担、持票人票据权利实现等问题。A legitimate negotiable instrument holder, who legally acquires the negotiable instrument in good faith, by consideration as well as an uninterrupted series of endorsements, is accordingly entitled to the rights of negotiable instruments. This paper, based on the analysis of one bill dispute case, elaborates on the liability for a negotiable instrument and realization of its holder＇s rights.
