摘　　要：2005年，银行间外汇市场获得重大发展。一是相继推出几个重要新产品。5月份推出外币买卖，8月份推出远期外汇交易;二是人民币汇率形成机制发生重大变革，7月份开始实行以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度，等等。在此背景下。银行间外汇市场运行平稳。交易活跃。The interbank FX market obtained great progress in 2005. First, the market launched several important new products; foreign currency pairs trading in May and FX forward in August. Second, RMB exchange rate forming mechanism experienced major reform： since July, the regime moved into a managed floating exchange rate regime based on market supply and demand with reference to a basket of currencies. Under such circumstances, the interbank FX market fared smoothly with active transactions.
