摘　　要：目前,世界各国对 SAW 技术应用于化学战剂检测进行了广泛而深入的研究。该文简要回顾了 SAW化学气体传感器膜材料的选择情况,着重讲述了近年来对适合 SAW 化学气体传感器镀膜方法的研究及应用,并对今后声表面波技术检测化学战剂的研究发展前景提出了初步看法。Nowadays, some countries in the world have studied the applying of SAW technology used in the detection of chemical warfare agents abroad and deeply. In this paper, the selecting of sensing materials used in SAW vapor sensors are briefly reviews, the studies and applications of the film preparation suiting SAW vapor sensor are demonstrated in detail, and the future of SAW used in the detection of chemical warfare agents are presented.
