复方薤白胶囊干扰持续性植物状态病人肺部感染作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方薤白胶囊对持续性植物状态病人（PVS）肺部感染的控制作用以及对病人意识的改善状况。方法在常规治疗（抗生素、高压氧）的基础上联用复方薤白胶囊治疗PVS病人院内肺部感染，并以常规治疗组做对照。结果加用复方薤白胶囊的治疗组控制PVS肺部感染的显效率为45％，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。在改善PVS病人排痰和大便干结症状方面及提高病人PVS积分、改善意识方面治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组在治疗1wk后白细胞总数和中性粒细胞百分比下降幅度也明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论证实复方薤白胶囊对PVS病人的院内肺部感染有较好的治疗作用，降低抗生素使用天数，具有较好的药价比。Objevtive the efficacy of capule Bulbus ALLii Macrostemi composita in treating PVS patients lung infection and improve patients consciousness. Methods Add capsule Bulbus ALLii Macrostemi composita on the basic therapy of hyperbaric oxygen and antibiotics to treat patients lung infection in hospital, contrast to the regular treatment groups. Result The improve rate of the treatment group was 45% for the treatment of lung infection to which was added capsule Bulbus ALLii Macrostei composite. The clinic efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Such was the same of improving symptoms, such as sputum and constipation （P〈0.05）, improving the PVS integration, bettering the consciousness, and the dropping rate of total WBC counter and Neutrophil percent was also superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Capsule Bulbus ALLii Macrostemi composita has a good effect for PVS lung infection in hospital, descending the amount of antibiotics usage, better rate of medicine and price.
