摘  要:目的观察生脉注射液对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法建立H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠模型,次日开始分别腹腔注射等容量生理盐水、ADM(Adriamycin)2mg/kg、生脉注射液(大14ml/kg、中7ml/kg、小3.5ml/kg剂量)+ADM2mg/kg,用药14d。停药次日处死,观察瘤重抑制率、外周血T细胞亚型以及免疫球蛋白的变化。结果(1)生脉注射液联合阿霉素各组肿瘤生长抑制率明显高于ADM组和对照组;(2)与对照组相比,ADM组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8值明显降低,CD8升高,而各生脉ADM联合组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8值明显升高并伴有CD8水平降低;(3)与对照组相比,ADM组IgG、IgM、IgA明显降低,而各生脉联合组则明显升高。结论生脉注射液可提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,增强化疗药物的抗肿瘤作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Shengmai Injection(SMI) on the immune regulation of mice bearing hepatom22 tumor. Methods: H22 tumor bearing mice models were established and then divided randomly into five groups, including control group, adriamyein (ADM) group, SMI (high, medium and low dose)combined with ADM groups. There were 10 mice in each group. The five groups were injected introperitoneally with same amount of natural saline,ADM 2mg/kg and SMI( 14ml/kg,7ml/kg and 3.5ml/kg)plus ADM 2mg/kg respectively, once a day for 14 days. After that, killed and observed the tumorweightinhibiting rates, T-cell subgroups and the level of IgA, IgG, IgM in the peripheral blood. Results: ( 1 )The tumorweigbtinhibiting rates were higher in each SMI plus ADM group than that in the ADM group( P 〈0.05) ; (2)Compared with the control group, lower level of CD3 ,CD4 ,CD4/CD8 ratio and higher level of CD8 were observed in the ADM group( P 〈 0.05 ). But in the three SMI groups combined with ADM there showed higher level of CD3 ,CD4 ,CD4/CD8 ratio and lower level of CD8 compared with control group, which showed significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). (3) Compared with the control group, The level of IgA ,IgG and IgM were lower in ADM group. But in the three SMI plus ADM groups the level of IgA,IgG and IgM were higher ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: SMI can improve the immune function of tumor bearing mice and enhance the anti-tumor efficacy of chemotherapy.
