摘 要:目的: 研究红毛五加多糖(AGP)对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法:小鼠用不同剂量的60Co照射前后,均给予AGP,观察辐射及AGP对其免疫功能的影响.结果:60Co照射剂量为2.0和4.0 Gy时,可使小鼠血清溶血素的形成减少,腹腔巨噬细胞及网状内皮系统的吞噬功能降低,外周血中T淋巴细胞百分率降低,迟发型超敏反应抑制.AGP ip 125~250 mg/kg或ig 400~800 mg/kg可促进上述指标的恢复.结论:AGP对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能具有明显防护作用.Objective: To investigate the effect of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms polysaccharides (AGP) on immune functions of radiation injury mice. Methods: Mice were given AGP both before and after ^60Coγ-ray irradiation at different doses , and the changes of their immunological functions observed by routine immunopharmacologic methods. Results:When irradiated at doses of 2 and 4 Gy with ^60Coγ-ray, the production of antibodies, phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage and reticuloendothelial system, peripheral blood T lymphocyte count, and the delayed type hypersensitivity were all decreased in radiation injury mice. AGP ip 125 -250 mg/kg or ig 400 - 800 mg/kg could facilitate recoveries of all the above indices. Conclusions: AGP has protective effects on immune functions of radiation injury mice.
