摘　　要：结合高校教师综合能力考核的实际需要,根据物元分析理论和可拓集合理论,利用可拓评价方法建立了一个教师综合能力的评价模型。该方法把影响教师综合能力的特征因子进行量化,以此作为衡量被评价对象综合能力优劣的标准,使得评价更具科学性、合理性。Combining the reality demand of teacher＇s integrated capability check in colleges and universities, using extension judgement method, the check model of the teacher＇s integrated capability was set up based on Matter Element analysis theory and extension group theory. This method quantizes influencing the characteristic factor of teacher＇s integrated capability, to think into target integrated capability good and bad standard to weigh, make more science and rationality.
