冬眠期和繁殖期黑龙江林蛙不同组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶分析

摘　　要：本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法，结合尿素抑制和热稳定性实验，对黑龙江林蛙冬眠期和繁殖期１１种组织中乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）同工酶的相对活性进行分析。结果表明，１１种器官组织中ＬＤＨ同工酶的活性表现明显的季节差异；所分析的ＬＤＨ同工酶对热穗定性和对尿素抑制敏感性没有像哺乳动物ＬＤＨ同工酶性质那么有规律。并认为黑龙江林蛙ＬＤＨ同工酶谱具有缺失第２区带典型的４个谱带分布类型。The LDH isoenzymes of the hibernation and propagation periods in.clcvcn kinds of organs in the R amurensis were analysed with polyairylamide gel electrophoresis, combined with experirnentation in urea inhibition and heat stabdity.Results indicated that the LDH isocnrymes activity in eleven organs presents clear difference in periodicity;Heat stability and urea sensibility of LDH isoenzymes analysed were not so regular as those of mammals.The band pattern of LDH isoenzymes of R·amurensis lack the second onional band, typical for the four band distribution pattern.
