摘　　要：在控制系统中,尤其是处于无人职守状态的控制仪器、仪表中,“看门狗”电路是必不可少的。介绍了Xicor公司推出的带E2PROM的“看门狗”芯片,X5045是一种集上电复位、看门狗、电压监控和串行E2PROM四种功能于一身的可编程芯片,并说明以51内核单片机为微处理器系统的硬件接口电路、相应的软件编程及在温控系统中的应用。In the control system, especially in the control instrument,appearance which is placed in the unmanned job to guard, ＂watchdog＂ electrocircuit is absolutely necessary. It introduces the Company of Xicor to release＂watchdog＂chip X5045 with E^2PROM, is a kind of programmable chip which collects four kinds of functions;watchdog with online reset, voltage monitor and serial E^2PROM. It narrates the electrocircuit of hardware connections with chip-microcomputer 51 as the key, software programme correspondingly and in the application of temperature- controlling system.
