摘 要:为了生产有利于环境友好的新配方汽油,以适应环境保护的更高要求,为β沸石分子筛催化剂的开发和反应器的设计提供数据,对异戊烯和甲醇在β沸石分子筛催化制作用下合成TAME液相醚化反应的宏观动力学进行了研究。采用双组分改性的β沸石分子筛(磷的质量分数为1%,钼的质量分数为3%)作催化剂,在考察并消除了内外扩散影响的争件下,温度为60~90℃,在间歇式反应釜内保持压力为1.0 MPa,甲醇与异戊烯合成TAME,得到动力学实验数据。根据Arrchenius方程,采用非线性拟合方法处理实验数据,得到了宏观动力学方程。通过对模型的验证表明,得到的叔碳烯烃醚化反应宏观动力学方程及动力学参数能较好的描述醚化反应过程。In order to produce environment friendly new formulated gasoline to meet stricter requirement ot environmental protection and to supply the data for the development of β zeolite catalyst and the design of reactor, the macrokinetics of TAME liquid - phase synthesis catalyzed by β zeolite was studied, where isoamylene was etherified with mcthanol. Two-component modified β zeolite molecular sieve(mass fraction of phosphorus is 1% and mass fraction of molybdenum is 3 % ) was used as catalyst to synthesize TAME with methanol and isoamylene in the batch reactor without the effect of internal diffusion or external diffusion. The kinetic experimental data is obtained at the temperature range from 60 ℃ to 90 ℃ and the pressure 1.0 MPa. According to Arrchcnius equation and adopting the nonlinear fitting method to dcal the experimental data, macrokinetic equation is obtained. The verification of the model shows that the macrokinetic equation of ctherification of tert - olcfins and kinetic parameters can well describe the process of the etherification reaction.
