摘  要:为了获得用于制取全息高频光栅的光源,研制了Ar离子激光器的腔外二倍频系统。采用ADP晶体的温度位相匹配法,以半导体致冷器作为冷源,石英晶振用作测温传感器,并将PID实时控制算法用于智能型精密测控温系统中,研制出了控温精度达 0. 05 ℃的恒温装置。成功地实现了氩离子激光器的腔外倍频系统,将波长为514.5 nm的可见光信频得到波长为257. 3 nm的远紫外相干光,用这种光源可制得超高频全息光栅。In order to obtain the light source for fabricating high frequency holographic gratings, the system of extracavity SHG (Second Harmonic Generation) of argon laser is developed. The method of temperature phase-matching of ADP crystal is used to get SHG. The thermoelectric cooling moduli are adopted as cooling sources, the artificial quartz crystal is applied as the temperature measurement sensor and the PID real-time control algorithm is applied in the intelligent precise temperature measurement and control system. The apparatus with the temperature controlling accuracy of 0. 05 ℃ is developed. Based on the above devices, the system of extracavity SHG of argon laser is obtained successfully. The ultraviolet coherent light with the wavelength of 257. 3 nm is obtained from the fundamental wavelength of 514. 5 nm. The high frequency holographic gratings can be fabricated by using this kind of ultraviolet light source.
