摘 要:采用下水道活性污泥模拟系统处理低、中、高浓度的城镇污水,结果表明:当进水COD分别为200、400及600mg/L左右,MLSS为3.0g/L,HRT分别为0.5、3和6h,污水流速为0.5~2m/s时,为使出水COD〈60mg/L、BOD,〈20mg/L、SS〈20mg/L,则所需管道长度分别为(0.9~3.6)、(5.4~21.4)、(10.8~43.2)km。此外,对于COD约600mg/L的高浓度城镇污水,当采用下水道活性污泥系统、生物絮凝系统联合处理时,可有效减少下水道处理系统的长度,当下水道系统的MLSS为1.5g/L、HRT为2h,生物絮凝段负荷为2.5kgBOD5/(kgMLSS·d)、MLSS为2.4g/L、HRT为25min时,可使出水COD〈60mg/L、BOD,〈20mg/L、SS〈20mg/L。An experimental research was carried out to simulate the operating condition of low, middle and high concentration town sewage treatment by activated sludge system in sewer lines and ditches. The results show that under the condition of the influent COD of about 200,400 and 600 mg/L respectively, MISS of 3.0 g/L, HRT of 0.5, 3 and 6 h respectively, and sewage flow velocity of 0.5 - 2 m/s, the requisite length of sewer lines and ditches is 0.9 - 3.6, 5.4 - 21.4 and 10.8 - 43.2 km respectively to achieve the effluent COD 〈 60 mg/L, BOD5 〈 20 mg/L and SS 〈 20 mg/L. Moreover, when the COD of high concentration town sewage reaches to about 600 mg/L, the length of sewer lines and ditches treatment system can be reduced effectively by using activated sludge system in sewer lines and ditches and biological flocculation treatment system. When MLSS is 1.5 g/L and HRT is 2 h in sewer lines and ditches treatment system, and the loading of biological flocculation system is 2.5 kgBOD5/( kgMLSS·d), with MISS of 2.4 g/L and HRT of 25 min, the effluent COD, BOD5 and SS can be less than 60 mg/L, 20 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively.
