摘  要:采用固定化包埋技术将硝化菌包埋在半透性聚合物内,并利用内循环流化床生物反应器(包埋颗粒的体积填充率为10%)进行了处理低浓度氨氮人工配水的连续流试验,同时借助扫描电子显微镜对包埋硝化菌菌群的分布进行了分析。结果表明,在水温为20~30℃、DO为3~4mg/L的条件下,当进水NH4^+~N为10~15mg/L、HRT为30min时,对NH4^+-N的去除率〉90%;当进水NH4^+-N〈10mg/L、HRT为27min时,出水NH4^+-N和NO2^--N浓度都稳定在0.25mg/L以下,且出水pH值维持在7.2~7.3,NH4^+-N去除负荷达256.1mg/(L·h)。颗粒的呼吸活性从驯化阶段的319.4mg/(L·h)增至高效段的1170.9mg/(L·h)。The removal of ammonia nitrogen at a low immobilized nitrobacteria pellets ( 10% pellets stuffing ratio idized bed reactor was investigated with the system operated ture 20 -30 ℃, DO 3 -4 mg/L. The situation of microbe concentration in synthetic drinking water by in volume) in inner-circulated biological flucontinuously under the condition of tempera- growth and distribution of immobilized nitrobacteria was observed with scanning electron microscope. The results show that the removal rate for NHf - N remains above 90% at the influent concentration of 10 - 15 mg/L with the hydraulic retention time controlled at 30 min. When the influent concentration is below 10 mg/L, both the concentrations of effluent NH4^+ - N and NO2^- - N are below 0.25 mg/L after 27 min. The pH value of the effluent remains at 7.2 -7.3 automatically. The NH4^+ -N removal loading can reach 256.1 mg/( L · h). The oxygen uptake rate rises from 319.4 mg/( L· h) in the phase of acclimation to 1 170.9 mg/( L · h) in the phase of efficient operation.
