摘 要:采用高温蒸汽处理医疗废物的过程中会产生冷凝残液,为了保证灭菌彻底还需对该残液进行二次灭菌。通过试验研究和实际运行效果观察,验证了利用高温灭菌方法对冷凝残液进行二次灭菌的可行性,并对两种残液处理工艺作了比较。试验结果表明:①利用高温灭菌的方法可以有效地杀灭冷凝残液中的细菌微生物;②温度和灭菌时间是保证二次灭菌效果的关键,只有当温度≥120℃、时间≥15 m in时才能使灭菌率达到要求;③间歇排液流程相对于集中排液流程在实际应用上具有较大优势。The process of medical waste treated by high-temperature steam generates residual condensate, which should be sterilized for the second time. Through experiment researches and practices, the practicality of the second sterilization by autoclave for residual condensate was proved. The comparison of two methods of residual liquor treatment was drawn. Conclusions are as follows: ①Autoclave method can efficiently kill bacilli and microorganism. ② Temperature and time is vital to guarantee sterilization efficiency which can meet the requirement only when temperature is not lower than 120℃ and time is not less than 15 min.③Compared with centralized discharge, intermittent discharge has much more advantages in actual practices.
