摘  要:对应用生物法防治供水系统中红虫污染的可行性进行了研究。鲫鱼吞食红虫的试验结果表明,沉淀池水环境不影响其生活,鱼苗能有效控制沉淀池的红虫,其排泄物对出水磷酸盐和浊度无影响,但会使氨氮含量升高。应用苏云金杆菌以色列亚种(Bti)灭杀红虫的试验结果表明,其杀灭红虫的最佳浓度为30 mg/L,投加Bti对出水浊度影响较小,1 mg/L的前加氯不会明显影响Bti对红虫的灭活效果,并能保证滤后水的细菌学安全性,证明了这两种方法在控制红虫污染方面是可行的。Feasibility studies on bio-controlling of Chironomid larvae pollution in water supply system were undertook. The results show that crucians can effectively control the Chironomid larvae and survive well in sedimentation tank. Their excreta have no influence on phosphate content and turbidity in treated water, but slightly cause higher NH3 - N content. 30 mg/L of Bacillus thrugiensis var. israelensis (Btl) is the optimal dosage to control the Chironomid larvae and has no influence on turbidity; and 1 mg/L chlorine of pre-disinfection can' t influence Bti' s controlling of Chironomid larvae and can effectively keep bacterium pollution away. The two bio-methods are feasible to control Chironomid larvae pollution.
