摘  要:采用经苯酚驯化后的活性污泥,以活性炭纤维为载体,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为包埋剂制成固定化生物活性炭纤维小球。通过研究不同因素对苯酚去除率的影响,确定了制备固定化生物活性炭纤维小球的最佳参数:包泥量为1(污泥/PVA溶液),PVA浓度为20%,包炭量为0.04:1(ACF/PVA溶液),交联时间为12h。研究了温度和pH值对苯酚去除效果的影响,结果表明,温度为5~35℃、pH在6~7时对苯酚的去除率可达90%以上,去除效果明显好于活性炭纤维、生物活性炭及生物活性炭纤维。Biological activated carbon fiber beads were prepared by fixing microbe which originated from activated sludge incubated in phenol, on activated carbon fiber (ACF) and using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as embedding material. The influence parameters, such as content of activated sludge and ACF in the beads, concentration of PVA and cross-linked time on the ACF beads were investigated. The optimal conditions for the preparation are found to be 0.04 : 1 of ACF/PVA solution, 1 : 1 of activated sludge/PVA solution, 20% of PVA concentration, and 12 h for cross-linked time. The batch adsorption technique was used to evaluate the performance of resultant ACF beads. The influence of temperature and pH value on the phenol removal was studied. Results show that phenol removal efficiency is over 90% in the temperature range of 5 -35 ℃ and at pH of 6 -7. Furthermore, the comparative experiments show that the ACF beads are superior to activated carbon fiber, biological activated carbon and biological activated carbon fiber for phenol removal.
