复方玄驹口服液治疗少、弱精子症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方玄驹口服液治疗少、弱精子症的临床效果。方法:选择本所就诊的男性不育少、弱精子症患者35例,应用复方玄驹口服液治疗,每2个月为一疗程,共3个疗程,于治疗前和每个疗程结束后进行精液检查,同时于治疗前和3个疗程治疗结束后测血浆中睾酮、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成激素、孕酮、催乳素水平。结果:治疗3个疗程后,35例中有28例(80%)精液中精子密度、活率、a级和b级精子百分率和正常形态精子百分率等有明显改善,血清睾酮值比治疗前显著增高(P<0·01)。结论:应用复方玄驹口服液治疗不明原因少、弱精子症是有一定疗效和临床应用价值。Objective： To explore the clinical effectiveness of Xuanju oral liquid on treatment of oligo spermia or asthenospermia. Methods ： 25 cases of infertile patients with oligo spermia or asthenospermia took Xuanju oral liquid two months as one period of treatment, lasting for three periods of treatment. The semen quality was tested at the beginning and ending of every period of treatment. At the same time, the serum T, FSH, LH, P and PRL levels were measured before and after treatment. Results ： Among all patients, 28 cases of the density and vitality of sperm, the percentage of sperm motility with grade a and b and the percentage of normal sperm were improving, and the serum T level increased significantly after threatment（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Xuanju oral liquid is effective in the treatment of oligospermia or asthenospermia.
